PRIME TIME LEGAL SERVICES offers advisory services in the following cases:

Messaging and introduction to account opening which are processes made by the bank. We provide our clients with guidance related to documentation and advice on how to open accounts.

This firm is devoted to guiding our clients by giving them some focused advice regarding their needs when deciding the type of bank they would like to join according to the services offered and the requirements requested by the bank.

Once the client gets to Panama and comes to our firm, we offer him/her the information needed. Once the client decides what bank he/she would join, we would go with him/her and help him/her with documentation.

The whole advisory and bank account opening processes could be of three types:

  1. Introduction to Personal Accounts Opening: If the client makes the decision to open one of these accounts, we guide him/her throughout the whole process in terms of the documentation that he / she needs to turn in, and according to the bank that the client chooses, we would help him/her fill in the application form, and we also support on any other requirements requested by the bank.
  2. Introduction to Commercial Accounts Opening: This one differs from the previous in terms of documentation. This one is open under the firm’s or foundation’s name once they are all signed up. Then, we provide our clients with the support that they need in relation to the requirements requested by the bank, at the same time, the firm gives the bank the legal documentation needed.
  3. Introduction to Investment Accounts Opening:The firm is only devoted to messaging services, introduction and advisory for the client. This is an enterprise devoted to investment accounts which explains to the client what he/she has to fill in and how to do it. We also explain to our customers all of the steps to be taken and the requirements that they should bring in at the moment of the interview, and if those are investment accounts entitled to a legal entity or to a Private Interest Foundation, we commit ourselves to prepare their legal package and hand it out to the investment company.

We also offer advisory to those foreign clients or Panamanian customers who own a company and that require some payroll service related to the corresponding payment to social insurance, staff recruitment, among others.
